I grew up in Thailand and since I can remember my family was always in the kitchen and I was drawn to the kitchen myself. I was always surrounded by cooking and food in the home. We would eat five meals a day and since my younger days I haven’t stopped with the same routine I grew up with.When I moved to the United States, I started school at le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco and graduated with honors and perfect attendance. It is always important to me to always be on time and be present for work to get the job done. After graduating I worked with some great people and worked at Five Star resort hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. I’ve learned a lot in my career so far and hope to keep learning. My hope is that one day people can learn from me and be inspired from what I can do.
