Fruit + Herbs Mate For CideRoad’s Newest Creation – Spritzel

Fruit and herbs complement each other in CideRoad’s newest

– Spritzel. Out just in time for the summer season, the light, flavorful, sparkling beverage delivers just enough sweetness and carbonation to satisfy taste buds.

Each Spritzel flavor utilizes the same base ingredients- apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, ginger, carbonated water & organic monk fruit extract. Monk fruit is a small sub-tropical melon cultivated in the remote mountains of Southern China. Its natural sweetness makes it the perfect healthy alternative to sugar.

Spritzel is only 35 calories currently available in three flavors: Strawberry & Basil, Blueberry & Honeysuckle and Watermelon & Mint. The 12 oz cans retail for $3 each. In addition to being enjoyed on its own, Spritzel also serves as a cocktail mixer.

Since its inception in 2014, CideRoad has becoming a leading producer of switchel, an organic functional wellness beverage made of apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and ginger. Co-founder Kevin Duffy wanted to create a low calorie, carbonated option for those looking for something a little lighter, which sparked the idea for Spritzel.
